Start in Claude

Open the Claude app on your phone or computer, or claude.ai, and start a new chat.
Paste the start text (Your kits has a Copy button) or attach the file Start in Claude.txt from the zip. Have a save file from last time? Attach it too.
Send. Claude asks a few short questions and shows your dashboard in the chat.
Type save when you are done and keep the file Claude gives you. Next time, start a new chat with the start text and that file.

Free Claude plans have usage limits that reset every five hours. No dashboard in the chat? Turn on "Code execution and file creation" in Claude under Settings, Capabilities.
