Bought a kit by mistake? As long as you have not downloaded it and the purchase is less than 14 days old, use Withdraw from contract here next to the kit and we refund you right away.

Want your account and data deleted? Email us from this address. We delete your account within 30 days and confirm it by email. Order records we must keep for tax law stay as long as the law requires (see our Privacy Policy). Kits you downloaded keep working, but you can no longer download them again.
